1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including any accessories, dust bags, or boxes that came with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Customized Products: Custom or personalized products are non-returnable.

3. Return Process
